WHAT IT MEANS TO BE IN VENTURES

Buckeye Ventures is a talented group of OSU undergraduate students. Join our close-knit community, build life-long relationships, and experience new professional opportunities. Our members gain hands-on industry experience by working on semester-long projects with a wide variety of companies. We provide our members with extensive training and preparation for career development through our New Member Education program. Lastly, our graduates excel at major consulting firms, investment banks, and leading technology companies. Members also have access to our alumni network for mentorship.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
​
To keep our New Member Education Program pool impactful and a valuable experience to our members, we look for a competitive pool. While our ideal candidate does not need to have prior VC/PE experience, we are looking for candidates who have an entrepreneurial mindset, are knowledgeable about emerging trends, and show true passion to immerse themselves in the dynamic, ever-changing VC/PE industries. That being said, strong academic performance, extracurricular activities and a high level of proactivity are expected.
